possible bug in folder.c ?

John-657
I modified the many names in html/en/folder.html and other files to Chinese in utf-8, most of them worked great, however there is one problem.  In the Inbox webpage, on the top left corner, that huge "Folder - Inbox" only got the word "Folder" properly changed into Chinese, while the "Inbox" part turned into a bunch of terrible stuff.  The same problem is true in the webpages for other folders.

Looking at sqwebmail/folder.c, there is this line:

                origff=ff=folder_fromutf7(f);

did it assume something that's not always true?  And the ChangeLog said the function is obsoleted.

I did modify a bit more codes, so it's possible some of my modification messed up though.  Thanks.

No, it does not assume anything. I don't know what you're referring to.
